How it works
- Introduce us to another school that you know is interested in using a new school management system for their school.
- Be available to give them your honest feedback on your experience with MySchool.
- If the new school joins MySchool and we have a successful onboarding, we will apply a saving to your next subscription renewal, for one year.
- What's more, we will also give the same saving to the new school!
The saving
- You will receive a saving, for 1 year, equal to a maximum of 25% of the subscription value of the new school, calculated on our Communicate plan subscription rate.
- The new school will receive an immediate reduction of 25% on their first year.
This program only applies to customers on the Communicate or Enterprise plans referring new schools on Communicate or Enterprise plans.
Example
If you introduce a school with 800 students, we will reduce your annual renewal charge for the following year by 25%, or 200 subscriptions at our Communicate plan value. If your school has 200 students or less and you are on our Communicate plan, then your use of MySchool for the following year would be absolutely free.

Conditions
- Only open to existing customers signed up to our referral program.
- Offer cannot be applied for retroactively.
- Referral saving will not be given if we are already in communication with the school or have an ongoing relationship.
- Offer not available for referrals within school networks.
- Saving will be awarded, against your next annual subscription and after a successful onboarding with MySchool.
- Participation must be consistent with your school policies.
- This program only applies to customers on the Communicate or Enterprise plans referring new schools on Communicate or Enterprise plans.
- Saving is based on our Communicate plan value regardless of the plan either school is on.
- Savings cannot exceed 100% of your next years renewal.
