Who is MySchool designed for?

The MySchool platform is designed specifically for K12, primary and secondary schools. MySchool is not suited training schools like yoga or music schools.

Do you offer training and support?

Support forms the backbone of our service. We have help material which is embedded in your application as well as a knowledge base. Our support team is also available to answer any questions and will guide you through your implementation. Our customers have 24/7 access to our ticketing system and phone support between 8am and 5pm CET. We also provide 24 hour emergency phone support.

How do you protect our data?

Protecting your data is our top priority.  We use modern advanced security measures in both our technology and development environments. We're ISO27001 certified which means our security measures are based on globally recognised security standards and fully audited by external auditors on regular basis.

How does MySchool pricing work?

We charge a fixed annual subscription rate per active student with no other costs. This includes training, support and standard data import. Parent, teacher and staff accounts are free. There is a charge per SMS if you decide to use our communication platform.

Do I need to install any software?

No. MySchool is a web application accessible through your browser. This means you can access it from any web enabled computer.

What happens to the information when the scholastic year is rolled-over?

All historical data is kept and none of it is deleted. All the relevant users have access to their data.

Is student information kept over the years?

Yes and it is easily accessible. You can see the history of a student from the moment they join till they leave.

Can teachers view confidential information?

Security can be configured to your specific requirements. It is up to you to decide who can view or edit what information.

What browsers do you support?

We support recent versions of Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

I'm a parent, can I get MySchool?

You can use MySchool if your child's school has it set up.

Do I have to sign up for a fixed term?

There is no fixed term contract. You can pay per month and cancel at any moment. If you require any customisations, depending on the specifics, we sometimes will do it at no charge with a 1 year fixed term contract. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

How can I pay for the subscription?

We accept payment via bank transfer. You can also pay through Paypal and Visa(via Paypal) though additional processing fees will apply.
