Location

Based in Malta, selling remotely to K–12 North American independent schools.

Compensation

This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay for this role is €45,000 per year (€90,000 OTE).

Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to lead outbound and inbound sales efforts targeting Canadian independent schools. This is a full-time role based in Malta, working primarily across Canadian time zones. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from lead qualification to demo delivery to closing - using a consultative sales approach that aligns with the values and decision-making processes of educational institutions. You’ll work closely with MySchool’s CEO and Marketing Manager to ensure that MySchool achieves its growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to educational audiences
  • Experience delivering remote demos and managing sales processes online
  • Ability to take a consultative sales approach, understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple opportunities in parallel
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working partially across North American time zones

Desirable

  • Familiarity with the K–12 education sector, especially independent schools
  • Experience using CRM and sales management systems such as HubSpot
  • Previous experience selling into North American or Canadian markets
  • Knowledge of School Information Systems (SIS) or EdTech platforms
