Role Description

  • Build lasting relationships with international and indepdent schools
  • Onboard new clients after the sales process and get them comfortable using the system
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders like product and support. 
  • Guide schools to optimise workflows and adopt new modules
  • Learn all about the education sector
  • Be the voice of your clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisfor for a set portfolio of schools. 
  • Conduct training sessions, webinars and product walthroughs of the system. 
  • Monitor customer engagement and ensure their satisfaction
  • Work closely with the support team in relation to your potfolio. 
  • Gather feedback and share insights with our Product team. 

 

Must Haves

  • 1+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or relationship management. 
  • Experience with SaaS or software products
  • Strong communicator, organized, and proactive
  • Curious and eager to learn

 

Nice To Have

  • Experience in EdTech or SaaS
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesformce, HubSpot or SmartSuite
  • Experience delivering webinards or training sessions
  • Comfortable with data (Excel, Google Sheets)
     

Location

Fully remote and based in Malta, supporting K-12 schools in North America.

 

Working Hours

To ensure seamless internal team alignment and collaboration, our core hours are 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. As a CSM, you should be open to a flexible schedule beyond these hours to accommodate for client meetings.
