The Role

As Content Marketing Manager at MySchool, you’ll be at the heart of our brand voice and storytelling. Our ideal candidate would be creative, eloquent, and business-focused so the value of our platform is clearly understood by our target market. You will make our content engaging, impactful, and resonating with our audience. From blog articles and case studies to landing pages, social media posts, and webinars, your work will inspire, inform, and convert.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage our content strategy in line with our marketing plan and across multiple formats.

  • Commision and create expert content pieces (blog posts, guides, email sequences, case studies, landing pages, social media posts, videos, webinars, etc.)

  • Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and messaging.

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to validate and refine content ideas.

  • Optimise content for SEO, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Track performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • The applicant must be a native English speaker

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing or a content-focused role, preferably in B2B SaaS.

  • Proven experience leading a content stream and delivering measurable results.

  • Strong track record in developing and executing content marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in creating diverse content formats (blogs, white papers, ebooks, infographics, video scripts, ad copies, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Degree in Linguistics, English, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience with EdTech SaaS and software tools, or experience in the K-12 education sector.

  • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Graphic design and/or video editing skills.
